OK so I know that it was only because Pasta was out that he skated with Bergy and Marchy, but now that its more confirmed that Stud is gonna be trying RW as opposed to center I feel like this could be much more interesting.

1. Helps with Studnicka's development, playing with Bergy and Marchy, and giving him top minutes
2. Rounds out the top 6 without needing to bring in another top 6 RW
3. Would just be dope

(Also let this ACGM serve as even more proof that the bruins CAN easily resign Krug, DONT NEED to trade away Moore, and CAN lock up debrusk Long Term, at the same time)

I just feel like theres no reason to break up one of the top 3 lines in the NHL, think he would probably fit just fine next to Krejci and Debrusk or Coyle and Bjork. Neither is a particularly bad spot to be in for his first playoffs appearance.

Believe me, thats how it most likely was, that was the idea of this take: bruins need to fix up that 2nd line, so if they have to break up that perfection line maybe, just maybe it could work.

In the past: Krejci and Pasta have had very good chemistry together so that wouldnt be bad
Kase might not be ready for a top 6 role, so he plays the 3rd line
and again they like Studnicka, hes playing well, and they wanna use him at RW so it could be pretty awesome

IDK man, just a fun thought to round out the top 6 WITHOUT bringing someone else in

No for sure for sure, and I just saw this was for next season not this season, was kind of thinking about this as more of playoff lines than next season lines. I definitely think experimenting with him up there next season is a good idea. Just not for the playoffs

I would be more comfortable having Pastrnak-Kase-Studnicka in that order but Studnicka could move up if there's an injury or if they need a shakeup during a bad stretch. Eventually, move him to C. I would start him on RW3 tbh but playing with 63-37 won't hurt anybody, that's certain. Prefer a player too good for his role than a player that struggles in a bigger role.

DeBrusk 2x4,5 , Krug 7x 6,5 , Grezelcyk 5x 2,85. Clifton goes RD over Lauzon. Miller is done. Moore will be gone. Otherwise looks great.

Thats fair! thats why its just a strange experiment, again he looked good with Bergy and Marchy in practice allegedly, but thats because Pasta was missing of course

Who knows man

Cool lol you can have your opinions, but they arent right

Krug wants more than 6.5
Debrusk isnt getting 2 years at that much money
Griz wants more money for that long term
Lauzon already has the spot over Clifton
Moore doesnt need to be gone

Everything you said was just wrong so dont say it like you are trying to teach me lol

Double that AAV and Grzelcyk may accept otherwise this offer is almost an insult. Too much for DeBrusk for 2Y. Lauzon has been better this year than Clifton.

Really solid. Would love to see Stud make a push for a top 6 role. If he can get there at play with 37 and 63 the lineup gets ridiculously deep. Good contracts as well. I think you nailed Gryz, he seems to be a tough guy to estimate on these. This would be awesome to see next year, good thread.

Thanks! lol yeah ya know its tough to say but that would be fun to do.
Griz is tough, but i try to nail it right in the middle. Some people wanna say like 2.5 mil which he would just reject, and others claim hes worth 4.5 which seems high for him (and i like him), so idk

Lol my b, i forgot to adress Miller too
He is in serious contract talks with them as well. He will likely sign a two-way deal and then be placed on LTIR if he isnt back to playing shape next year, then he will be able to come off of LTIR when he is ready.

Again lol dont come and say stuff like you are trying to help me or like you know better, cuz to quote Han Solo "Everything you just said is wrong"

But Studnicka eventually plays center. Unless there is a solid trade for a top-6 center in the future.

Ye, he probably replaces Krejci and plays alongside Debrusk is my guess, id love the two of them together...
(then idk krejci either signs a smaller deal to be a 3rd line C, or he goes elsewhere, that ALL depends on this next season though)

Agree Krejci signs a two or three extension.
