other Leafs fans thought he could be slotted at 1RD with MR. i personally disagree but it could realistically be any team looking for a low risk medium level reward RHD

Boyd isnt bad. he wouldbe a great depth player for under 1m but if you dont want him Washington will keep him

i like hathaway bc he fights instead of wilson but this return imo is great.

Thing is we already have Holl who fills a similar role at a lesser cap hit

Hell no on Goose. We are not trading him away. We extend him. He was terrific last year. One of the few bright spots.

logically this doesnt make much sense. hes a ufa after this year why not take the assets and resign him after the season? 2 2nd round picks for a 1 year rental is pretty good

😊 that would be great. Capitals got Alexeyev with that exact same pick. Some gems late in the draft. Mcmichael was also a late pick. Kuzy!! Picking late is fun

While the asset exchange may be fair, I do not think this is what the Sabres will do with Miller.
I think he will be traded for a LHD or with additional assets for a forward.
Hathaway, and Kempný while nice pieces are the wrong pieces.
BTW, Shiball devalues any player acquired by Botterill do please take his comment with a grain of salt.
