not a big fan of the Dumba trade, as I am not a big fan of Dumba smile

The Texier trade would be a no from Columbus

And good luck resigning Carlo and Hyman

Don't see why BOS would need Mo, they have Krug, Grz and Z on the L for now while Vaakanainen will move up as soon as Z calls it a career

That's an overpay for AJ. A late 2nd should do it

Good value on the Dumba trade

CBJ easily reject, Texier is worth more than AK

Engall is a 4th liner, which NJ has thousands of. I'd take him in NYR for a 2021 4th tho

If we trade Dumba we need a young top 6 center as the main piece coming back. Toronto obviously doesn't have one they're willing to trade (Kerfoot is not a top 6 C)

Great. I'd rather keep the pick while signing a UFA 4th liner like Girgensons or Larsson to help out PK but if they don't want to come to NYR I'll take Engvall as a solid plan B!

No from Leafs on Bruins, Minnesota and Columbus deals. And overpayments from other teams on Johnsson and Engvall.

Wild trade isn't intriguing. In fact it doesn't make sense. It's the kinda trade that happens if Wild were committed to a rebuild or Dumba asked for a trade, neither is happening so no dice.

Youre getting a upgrade on Krug at a cheaper contract for a very good number 4 / solid number 3 D and a very decent prospect but hasnt made an nhl impact yet. Not to mention a solid prospect also going the bruins way as well

Krug is about as good rn... So we are fine thank you
Carlo is nearly as good (defense is still about defense and not just points)
Bruins dont need a LHD ... at all
Bruins arent giving up studnicka to make up the difference between Carlo and Reilly even IFFF there was a difference (OH and you made the bruins also throw in a 3rd lol)

Im not tryna have much of a conversation about it, im literally just informing / teaching you, bruins say no, its a bad trade

This guy literally isnt thinking about any of the teams needs except his own. Its a bad ACGM and theres no more to talk about, its that simple

Make trades that the others teams MIGHT accept (even if they arent that good), or dont try at all.

There is a significant difference between Rielly and Carlo paltears of joy
It would not be a good idea relying on Grz, Lauzon and Urko to be your future LH side when Rielly can fill the void Krug possibly is leaving

You know that Carlo isn’t a “good number 4/solid number 3,” that’s why you’re making this trade proposal.

This isn’t intriguing from the bruins perspective. Value may be fine, but it just really clashes with their organizational needs, depth, and style of play.

It’s not a rarity for Carlo to be the best bruin player. It’s not like it’s every night, but he seems to elevate his game, especially in those games where 5 minutes in you can tell it’s going to be a 2-1 game or something like that.

They aren’t trading him.

Ill refer you to the three comments before this lol
You get it now? Im not sucking carlos wener, its understanding his value and riellys value
Did you ever think: maybe you are acting like Reilly is some kind of superhuman future norris winner?

Bruins reject, and are HAPPY having a strong defense and future C prospect

I would be honest, Carlo is my favourite bruin. But he is the type of defenseman who I would bring in to be Riellys partner, not to trade Rielly for him. Rielly is one of the best offensive Dmen in the league tbh. Id say Rielly is number 1 defenseman and Carlo number 2. Something like Jake Muzzin.. I would definitely pay what Leafs paid for Muzzin for him which is 1st and two pretty good prospects for him, but not Rielly.. he is the guy that is brought in to play with Rielly. I dont see Bruins trading any of their Dmen unless there is some off ice issue. But in terms of value Rielly >> Carlo

I dont disagree and well said!!
but my point is (and the truth is), he isnt a good Center prospect better than Carlo
(considering Nick Abburizze is worth no more than a 3rd after doing a bunch of research on the kid)

Also, the bruins dont want a LHD, they have plenty, they would rather just keep Carlo so unfortunately for the leafs, it would need to be an overpay.
