At the same time though, you never know on this site. Some of the fans are downright ignorant and don't see Gaudreau for the elite talent that he is.

They also have a replacement 2C in Chityl, the have Trouba and Fox on the right and are going to pay the snot out of Fox. Rangers are probably set up better to have Gaudreau than Calgary if he would play with Kreider and Zibanijad or Panarin he is in a way better spot to produce than with Monahan.

Hard pass on adding Gaudreau if I’m the Rangers.
