I think Hall wants stability and to play on a contending team. I don't see him wanting to waste half a season on OTT. What if he gets hurt and can't be dealt at the TDL? Would be another wasted season for him

Tierney is worth a low 1st. Why would Ottawa do him and Reilly for a 2nd?

If you give him 7 years he will sign. It's been reported he will take less in order to land in a good spot. I also really doubt he wants to sign a 1yr deal just to be traded again

If Canucks are taking on a year of Anisimov you won't be able to get Demko + 2nd.

Take Anisimov out and you've got a deal

3rd line center that struggles defensively is worth a mid to late second. Throwing Reilly in gets you an early second in a deep draft. If you value Reilly more keep him and take the 2021 second for Tierney straight up. Anything more than that is too expensive for this player and the Sabres pass.

I think Demko + 2nd is the price to move out Eriksson. If you take Anisimov out then Hogberg comes out too.

Or you can throw in a 3rd round pick.
