Other than that late chance by the Lightning, we had a good power play ... I wish we had scored but at least it was a good power play

Boychuk is one of the worst defenseman in the league and mayfield is an average 3rd pairing D.

Dobson has made better outlet passes in this game than mayfield has the entire playoffs

Think the shot attempts are like 60-30 or something like that for TB.

Man I wish they'd be a little more clinical with finishing...

Boychuk is actually a very useful player ... the only reason he's been a healthy scratch is because the Islanders have such a good top 6 on defence ... Mayfield is a decent 2nd pairing d-man or a really good 3rd pairing guy.

The reason why the islanders have gotten this far in the playoffs is because removing boychuk from the lineup was addition by subtraction. The islanders are significantly worse when he’s on the ice, just look at how Leddy has played without him. Looks like a top pairing D at times.

Yes, but I don't think it's because of Boychuk being removed ... it's because Greene has been added into the lineup.

It’s been well over a year, but whenever I see Bogosian (#24) on the ice for the Lightning I immediately think of Ryan Callahan.
