Don't know what's Ritchie and Kase's status but if they are good to go vs Philly, hope Bjork is in at RW3 assuming Ritchie is LW3. And the best line between Nordstrom, Lindholm, Kuraly, Wagner before 1st round.
Best-case, Studnicka is ready and you move Bjork to the left, Ritchie on the 4th but this is unlikely.

This is the roster. It's been released. Make a contribution and tell me what you think it will be. In defense of the third line Cassidy has been running that almost all of camp. The only if I see is if Bjork or Studnicka get 2 RW because Kase hasn't skated. He wants all of Kuraly, Wagner, Nordstrom and Lindholm in the lineup for PK to ease Bergeron and Marchand back into it and not burn them out.

Sure.
Kuraly isn’t a RW. C? Natural. LW? Easy. Never played RW with any consistency that I can remember. I would be blown away if that’s the plan. Bjork has spent a whole bunch of time playing in the top six, and well. I don’t think he’s just going to get scratched all of a sudden.

He was scratched plenty before the shutdown after Ritchie and Kase were acquired. Kase may have given his spot away with how he handled his return to work.

I get that Kuraly hasn't played much RW but the fact is he can't handle the Puck very well anyway. He needs to skate, hit, forecheck and stand in front of the opposing teams goalie. He could do that with golf club in his hand. That third line as projected will be tough to contain with their size.

Ya I'm not sure what Kases status is. He really screwed up his return to work and he's not the reigning rocket winner. My guess is Bjork but they also acquired him at the deadline and he's Pastas buddy. I'm am quite certain Kuhlman, Frederic and Senyshen won't be in the lineup.

Cassidy is giving an update right now. Pastrnak and Ritchie made the flight, Kase did not. If Kase takes a commercial flight he will have to quarantine for 4 days, per NHL rules, upon arrival in Toronto. Fire up your jet JJ.

Surprisingly Cassidy had Kuraly working at RW during their mini-camp. Kuraly even spoke about working on RW. Not sure I like the idea, but it's something they are playing with.

That’s an excellent experiment for pre-season, not the playoffs.

So at minimum Kase will miss the exhibition game vs CBJ. If Ritchie is good to go, then it'll probably be between Bjork/Studnicka for the game vs CBJ. In a perfect world Kuraly goes back to 4C, Lindholm to the bench and both Bjork and Studnicka get a chance....based on the practices though I don't think that'll be the case.

Wouldn't disagree, but it seems to be something they are willing to experiment with now.

Another update Ritchie will not practice at 2:30pm est today. So I would like to see Bjork on the left side. Kuraly should drop down but we’ll see Cassidy likes him up there, seen some time at practice.

If that's the case I'd put Bjork at RW and let Kuraly play LW. They played about 60 minutes together this season and we're terrible. Slightly above average in possession and scoring chances, but had a strong xGF% as a trio at 5v5.
