I think it's 51. It wouldn't be enough to get Georgiev but as a Wings fan I wouldn't give up pick 32.

I think most Wings fans just get frusturated when people have us giving up a pick or getting scraps back to take on a guy like Smith because "The Wings suck so they need _____ player".

If we wanted Georgiev, I think a realistic trade would be Georgiev+Smith for one of our later 2nds or early 3rds.

They’re giving up a selke caliber center and a potential top pairing defenseman for Trouba who played horribly this past season (and his lousy contract), Kakko who had an extremely underwhelming rookie season, and a first that will probably be high teens low 20’s in a mediocre draft. The only thing that is appealing is dumping Gorde’s contract- and they’re even retaining on that. Doesn’t make sense
