A lot of Sharks fans would reject but I would take it. I like Kassian's game and think he brings a needed edge to SJ. Maybe takes some PIM's away from Kane.

But a 7th is a bit much for him... will you take a bag of pucks and a game used joe Thornton stick? Lol
Seriously though kassian has positive value. Id be totally happy to offer a 3rd and 5th for him.

I mean yeah the Leafs have Marner and Nylander but Laf could be anything, he could even be as good as Marner or Nylander!

This trade is essentially the Leafs waving the white flag on their current core and decimates their top 2 lines. Not a chance that deal gets made.

They are getting Laf and if he turns out to be what he is expected to be leafs will have some offence there. Getting rid of Marner and Nylander saves a lot of Cap space for them to go and sign other forwards to help. Broberg and Larsson will definately help with their defense. I mean it seems decent to me.

Kassian is a Mike Rathji raffi tores guy who you hate hate hate till he plays for your team I am all for picking him up!!! But I’d bet he’s not available
