No, they aren’t. You’re making that up. Carry on.

Uh no, I’m not, here’s the link to prove it. So take your pompous ass response somewhere else. Carry on.

I did see someone do I think Bjork? and a couple seconds for KP. Could be the offer that he’s talking about

Oh for sure. That could be it. But in this context, that’s basically the same as offering up Pastrnak for Palmieri and him saying, “soooo you don’t think he’s worth a first? Rarararara.”

No one on that thread said he wasn’t worth a first. No one. Did you think I wasn’t going to read that and just be like, “oh okay you’re right?” Sheesh.

Yeah, they would...

They desperately need a quality 2C. Did you see how Trochek did last season? Krejci would have gotten over 50 points if the season didnt end. Acquiring Krejci would make them a scary contender

I invite you to google Martin Necas my friend. Canes don't need a baked 2C, ESPECIALLY for a 1st in this deep a draft

Wow bruins laugh at that offer, but i wanna explain as to not be a dick about it like some people:

Last year: Palmeri was going for a 1st and a decent prospect ( almost like this trade )
BUT - Nobody accepted
This year he is a rental so his value is less

So:
You are looking at:
a 2nd and a decent prospect

So the BETTER trades would be:
3nd + Urho for Palmeri (50% retained)
2nd + zboril for Palmeri (25% retained)

He says it right here I don’t know what else you need to see to just admit that you’re wrong haha

First off i have that guy on ignore, second off, he doesn’t ever say taht palmieri isn’t worth a first. Doesn’t even approach that. Never even comes close to suggesting that.

the offer was the bruins BEST LD prospect and a first for palmeri. so essentially krejci for jack hughes and a 1st...

lol he ignores everyone, then gets mad when people quote people he cant see.
Its hillarious

In saying that, yeah he was literally worth a 1st and a prospect that the deadline (as a player with 1 and a half years left), and nobody bit on that offer.
As a rental (rentals are lower in value), he is worth less.

no, no they wouldnt. I dont know of any team that would make that trade.
A. 1 year of control
2. very pricey at 7.25 million with a flat cap
3. it helps Boston out with no long term benefit to the gaining team

Well said.

That's way off base lol I mean i understand in a vacuum what you mean but whoever that LD prospect is isn't in the same stratosphere as Hughes as a prospect.

vaak is a top 4 left d prospect. he will be top pairing for the bruins once chara retires. incredibly more valuable to the bruins that maybe his actual value but yeah you get my point.

He has, but Aho started on the wing, as did Larkin. It's not worth giving up a 1st in this deep a draft for a 2C Carolina do not need.
