the **** is this. We paid an AHL goalie to Vegas for 1 year of LTIR space with Clarkson. Were not paying a first for 1 year of LTIR space for Zetterberg and a year of Nemeth. Were not that desperate lul.

Joke of the year candidate right here.

Overpayment by Vancouver. If you want a cap dump from us take Eriksson, not our 1 year deals.

Allen and Bozak will both return mid to late round picks at worst and Blues won’t have to “dump” them. Steen is a buyout or retirement candidate. Zero percent chance Armstrong gives up a first to trade Steen when he can just buy him out. Also the Blues really only need to move Allen and Steen and they’ll have room for Petro

Outside of the terrible valuation, you do realise that adding ltir doesn't actually give the leafs more effective cap space right? The only reason why the Clarkson trade happened was due to a very specific set of circumstances that are no longer present

Add Eriksson, Roussel, and replace Sutter with Beagle if you want Vancouver to accept

If we can get clarkson for sparks, we are not trading that first for Zetterberg.

I get the idea and I think we do one trade probably that helps a team cap wise. The Arizona one seems like there's a base to make a deal in there somewhere.
