We don’t want Zadarov. If we trade for a LD, it’s a pick-moving LD for the first pair, or at least a significant upgrade for a decent price. Next year, we have Chiarot, Mete and Romanov who will be playing LD as well as Kulak as 7th defenseman. I wouldn’t say that Zadarov is much of an upgrade and I would rather give Fleury/Juulsen/Brook a shot a 3RD then move Mete to 3LD and not leave an opening for them.

They have brannstrom ready now, the kid they drafted last year and the one who starred for team canada last year in u20. Plus they might take a D with the isles pick. Docker is expendable. Also probably not a top 4 guy.
