Although he’s fought the injury bug a little bit recently, and coming off of back to back to back seasons of declining stats since his career high (67pts in 81GP) in 2016-17, you could probably get Granny for less than what he’s making now. I doubt you get him that cheap though. Always loved him, and would be over the moon if he were to ever sign in Van, but I just don’t see him signing for less than $4.75. Just my opinion. I could be wrong. Maybe he goes cup chasin, you never know. One can dream! :P

Oops, yes you’re right. My bad. You get what I’m sayin though. Not saying he’s past his prime or what have you, but you could definitely get him on a cheaper deal than what’s he’s making now because of his decline in stats in recent years.

OTT declines. Way too much to give up for Murray who has been average, when not worse, since 16-17. Especially when you know he's going to be looking for term AND a raise.
