Habs will take Beagle and Virtanen for a 5th. Virtanen is not on the play in roster and seems on like a bust but could just use a change of scenery and the Canucks desperately need cap space. They are in no position to demand a top 4 RHD for a player they will send to the minors if no trade comes

brook could make sense. i don't see the potential in fleury and juulsen has missed a lot of development time and has too many injury concerns at the moment.

Actually Brook took a little step this year. Juulsen imo has the highest upside still. Fleury seems like a guy that will be a steady D is entire career but probably tops out as maybe the 4th or 5th best on a team
