****You will notice Giordano is exposed, I look at this as being the same as FLA exposing Luongo. Seattle isn't taking Gio. If they do, then the Flames need to be thankful. In a flat cap that 6.75 off the books could be very helpful, especially for a 38yr old.

Whoever plays better between Rittich/Talbot

The Pick- My guess is SEA selects Derek Ryan. This reminds me of VGK selecting Engelland. Ryan is a Washington State native, played under Francis in Carolina and is a very reliable bottom 6 forward that ycan score you 30pts and play in all situations.

Ryan is a UFA 4 days after the expansion selection, they likely select Bennett or Kylington

It really depends on who has a better year, Ryan or Bennett. Seattle will likely have very thin C depth, Ryan is a 55% career guy in the circle.

I could see that too. He’s a huge part of the Flames and I really like him, but that 5.3 off the books might be necessary, especially if they go after Hall
