Tampa is in no position to demand a 1st! I would just OS Cirelli at 6 Mil x 5 years then all your getting back is a 1st + 3rd the package above is better than the compensation for the OS.

No they'd accept and trade. An OS they can't absorb would be a better return than this too.

Yes they can match with the overage but here is the realistic issue. If they match and someone Offersheets Sergachev at 7.5 Mil x 5 years and Cernak at 4 Mil x 5 years who's do you match? Remember Tampa only has 13.4 Mil total cap space including the 10% overage. So you can match Cernak + one of Cirelli or Sergachev but then they have no cap space to resign any of the other 3 roster spots they need to fill to meet the league minimum of 21 players.

omg I wish. No way in hell that Cirelli trade goes through.

If we're going to poach a player cheaply from Tampa, it'll likely be TyJo. Cirelli is a priority; they'll sacrifice much before they let him go that easily.
