U really like harkins huh?
I think he can be a top 6 player but playing him at 1c is a little much. Realistically I see him as a middle six lw/c. So like copp but with more finishing and playmaking ability. Roslovic is already top 6 on most teams. The jets should try him out at c for the next few games

He’s the kind of player who isn’t great at anything and isn’t bad at anything. He can play anywhere in the lineup.

Why not get harkins this experience

Exactly, will be a good piece to have long term if Roslovic moves to c. However if he doesn’t, the jets will have to choose between him, appleton, and Roslovic. I think Roslovic is already ahead but he may price himself out

I don’t want to say harkins doesn’t deserve it, but Roslovic is more deserving of being tried out at c. He has spent the last few seasons locking down his defensive game and now it is pretty good. He has speed and insane playmaking skills and puck control, and can finish too. He is the perfect center for laine if he can move to c (if if maurice moves him to c). It’s better than playing eakin there. At least Roslovic will help with the offence.

Oh my god that centre core lol. I really hope Chevy goes out and addresses our C issues this season. If we bust this playoffs against Calgary, time to retool and target someone like Necas, Suzuki, Eichel, Cirelli ot Barzal. We have the assets and would consider very few untouchable. Who cares if we lose Laine and Heinola if we can get Eichel. Running 2 #1 C’s with Copp rolling the 3C would be an amazing centre core.

I love Cirelli and probably wouldn’t cost too much to acquire as TBay would be looking at ELCs and picks to free up cap. He would be the easiest to get I’m figuring. He’s not a #1 but definitely solidifies our C core and could step into the #1 when need be.
