Marner's deal has 1 bad thing in it... the term or the AAV, choose. If you think the AAV is the issue, then lower it to 9,5 mil per and keep the 6 years.
If you think the major issue is the term than add 2 years . That way it would look much better, yet Dubas has NO spine when it comes to contracts.
