I would say that it's probably reasonable if the Isles pick ends up around 20ish OA?

Edit: But I'm not sure that they want a RD back...

Thomson is a RHD lol. Hes only 19 but hes a 1st round pick and Button says hes NHL ready next year but idk he might need a year in the A

Sorry, I meant if they're trading Sanheim, it would be to upgrade elsewhere, and probably wouldn't be looking for a RD...I'm just assuming that. I know that Thompson is a nice piece.

This is probably dead-even value wise. I think for Philly to say yes they would truly have to believe Thompson could play in the NHL next season, but other than that this is a good trade

Philly absolutely says no.

Not looking at it value wise, but simply the Flyers are looking to win now. They may not be "All-in", but they're looking to win. So I don't think they'd be looking to trade a roster player for a prospect and pick
