SJ and CGY decline. I thought Howden was the Rags most consistent F in the series despite playing with scrubs, feel like a year at 3C with a couple decent linemates would help a lot

      big no from San Jose

not trading top forwards for defenseman unless it's a big overpay, especially another offensive defenseman that can't play defense

Just imagine one of Burns, Karlsson, or DeAngelo on the 3rd pair!

howden is one of the worst rangers forwards all season. I don't think he fits in our organization

didnt watch a ton of their reg season games but i thought he was really solid in the playoffs, unlike most of their team

The sharks don’t need another RHD offensive defender. Then to ask to give up a first and Meier.

Sharks need cheap depth players that will contribute.

Why would Fast sign 4 years to be 13th forward? He’s 100% a top 9 forward on some teams, definitely 4th liner on every team.

hes been one of our better players these playoffs. he is a 6'5 forward who shoots the puck and uses his body. he would fit in a middle 6 role right now as a young player

He is great along the boards and not much else. He disappears for long stretches. If he was middle 6, Rangers would have had him there earlier.

he again played well during the playin round but not as well as our top 6. he played 3rd line mostly. he could, main word could, fit in a middle 6 role for most teams.

He couldn’t play for the Canes. They dumped him for the first real offer. Gauthier is a huge human that should be owning folks out there. Instead he glides along and waits for the play to come to him. Rangers had 5 forwards worth mentioning this series and Gauthier got 6 minutes a game.

Staal and Hajek deals look good. Rangers decline the rest.
