One of the Stromes seems like your best option, that or bank on Minnesota beating Vancouver and drafting Lundell.

I think either of the strome brothers will work nicely. After those two, Cirelli, Henrique, Domi

Henrique would probs be the cheapest to trade for but hit NTC presents a problem.
Cirelli would probs be the best option as he is good at both ends

at least half of these are not options though either bc they arent available or Jets cant afford to make the trade for them

Just sign Erik Haula

I just put together a list of good fits for them. I didn’t really make it realistic

Sheesh that’s expensive, makes more sense to go after Cirelli at that point as they play the same game.

It’s a steep price but do you really think cirelli would sign an offer sheet

I don’t see Barzal being realistic at all, that’s one guy the Isles will keep no matter there cap situation. Same with Eichel. My top 5 of preference would be:
1.Cirelli( think it’s somewhat realistic on a offersheet)
2. Danault: the exact type of player we need.
3. Domi: I think this one has the best chance to happen.
4. Nuge
5. Dylan Strome

I think Ryan Strome would be a great option, and he probably won't be too expensive to acquire like some of the other players either. Sign him to a shorter term deal - 2 years maybe - and then draft a center in the upcoming draft, hopefully someone like Lundell if you're lucky, for the long-term.

If you give him 5x6.75 yeah he probably does. Or you move roslovic and vesalainen + 1st for him.

You can remove Koivu from the list. He declined to waive his NMC at the deadline and has indicated he doesn't want to play for another franchise, it's either here or Finland next year. Kinda bummed personally cause I want to see the guy win a cup and let's be honest it isn't happening here.

Also, you don't want Rask. He belongs in Europe.

Us offering him 6.75 million is the same as Tampa offering him 4 million.

This is true, but in an O/S Tampa can’t afford to match a 6.75m offer. Unless they’re able to move enough cap to make room for Sergachev and Cernak. Either way this O/S amount puts Tampa on a really tough spot. Plus if Cirelli was smart, and though TBL would match this, he’d accept because 6.75m there is a lot of money. It’s a win win for him if he thinks tampa will match. If they do match, this primes the jets to O/S cernak
