3 years of Clifford is no problem at all. Very useful player for the Leafs. 3 years at 2.25m... That's a problem though... haha

Yet you have not watched him. Try watching him before giving your false evaluation to people who might just be dumb enough to take your word for it. I have watch a lot of Kings games this season and everytime MacDermid is on the ice he makes the smart play. He makes all the right decisions in the D zone. For as slow as he is, he's not often beaten because of his great positioning all of the time. He's also a heavy hitting mean defender and everyone knows that which keeps the other team from try to do fancy plays and plays they'd like to do. He'll hit you trying to squeeze to the mid with a nice hard open ice hit or he'll line you up and take you out of commission with a heavy hit along the boards. For a big slow guy he can land some hard accurate hits even against fast players.
