For the MTL trade, I said hell no at first, but looking at the pick you choose, it makes more senses and I might be welling to say yes. You are getting some quality pick, but thoses 1st round pick need to be under 16 or MTL get screwed here. That depends on how they play the next 2 seasons

I don't think the answer to NSH's problems is overpaying for yet another high priced center, that doesn't score enough goals.

Oilers would say no if it was just JP adding broberg and other pieces is just ensuring holland doesn’t answer future calls.

No freaking way Yzerman would trade said players for picks and adding Puljujarvi and Broberg yeah no thanks. And fat chance of Danny DeKeyser waiving his full NTC for Winnipeg. This just makes us worse and sets our rebuild back even further. You don't trade pllayers for futures that might pan out or not. Yzerman isn't stupid no way Detroit makes those deals without NHL ready help coming back to us.
