nah we could use mete he’s young, great defensively and good at breakout. chiarot is rly good but he’s prob going to seattle so may as well let them take him so we don’t have t do something about fleury/juulsen

why? he’s been really solid i montreal and i don’t think any habs fan has one major complaint about him

I agree that Tatar would be a great fit in NSH, but Poile has to be kidding himself if this roster + Tatar is going back to the Cup finals. They're lacking a leader, consistency, a mindset that it takes to get back. They lost the killer instinct somewhere over the last couple of years, and can't figure out how to get it back. I fully expect NSH to retool because the talent on paper should be better than it is, but I fear it's nearing time to rebuild if we really want improvement.

Would Hendrix Lapierre at 16th be a bad choice? I have heard that scouts are both nervous about his injury history but if he shakes that off he could be a real steal. What does everything think?

Decent pick. He has the upside. I just feel like Jarvis or Bourque are better picks.
