Barzal is the right centre piece of the trade but the other pieces aren't what Buffalo needs. They already have Ullmark so they don't want or need Varlamov and his cap hit.

I think it would be more like Barzal + Toews + 2021 1st.

It'd be hard cap wise for NYI, but I would love to recreate the LaFontaine-Turgeon deal.

Leddy is worth a 2nd for sure, but we may only get a 3rd+ for him given our desperation to move him.
