If the Kings take Byfield with the 2nd overall, I'd like to see them take Lukas Reichel with the #35 pick.

If they take Stutzle, then I'd like to see them try to move up into the early 20s and try and get Braden Schneider or Kaiden Guhle, if either are still available.

I don't really have any problems with the rest of your picks, although I don't think they should take a center in the top two rounds if his name isn't Byfield.

If they can't move up into the first round and get the player they want, I'd like to see Tyson Foerster at #35. At #43 I'd like to see Martin Chromiak or Luke Evangelista. Kuznetsov is fine at #55, as is Brock Faber or Ian Moore.

The picks are fine but one of those 2nds need to be a known RHD man. Someone like Barron/Grans/Schneider

As much as I hope Schneider will be available in the 2nd round, I suspect he will be gone in the low 20s.

They have a ton of picks and could trade up. Barron would also be good

I think he goes even earlier. Teams always reach for D, I could see him being the 3rd D off the board

They might have a chance at Helge Grans or Topi Niemela at #35 instead of Foerster. And some mocks have Barron dropping that low, although as I recall, you're not a big fan of him.

No, I haven't looked into him enough to have an opinion of him one way or another. He seems like a fine choice if he's available in the 2nd round.

ignoring the Stutzle over Byfield idiocy, I highly doubt Coe will make it past round 3, and wouldn't be surprised to see him go top 50, (I'd take him over everybody other than Stutzle that you picked) and Tag Bertuzzi is not a name I ever expected to hear in draft talks lol

Makes sense.

Ponomarev plays on the wing too. Neighbors is a LW

What is idioatic about drafting Stutzle over Byfield?
Coe is projected between the 3rd and 5th rounds.

The fact that Byfield is 8 months younger and just better (way smarter/better vision, insane skating/edgework/agility for anybody, much less a 6'6" guy, better 2 way game (tho def not a strength for either))

Idk, every mock I see has him from like 45-90
