Other than maybe the Ducks deal, I don't see the teams not named Winnipeg doing those deals.

This is a better trade then them getting offer sheeted

Not really. Niku is inconsequential, he may add some defensive depth but really don’t see him being any more than that. Roslo, who I am high on, hasn’t really proven anything yet and seems to to peaking as a 3rd liner. A Jets 1st and 2nd “should” be later picks.
An offer sheet should garner them a 1/2/3 for Cirelli and possibly a 1/3 for Cernak.
Roslo will want 2-3M and Niku May re-up at 1M which is cap that TB can’t add.
I could see that offer for Cirelli, not both.

4M for Cernak is a 2nd and 6.33M for Cirelli is a 1st and a 3rd...both are deals that TBL can't afford...so it's either this trade or a 1st, 2nd and a 3rd....this trade is better imo
