Description
I put all this together pretty quick and I know it’s not the best but the goal was to acquire a few solid defensive defensemen and build a shutdown line, which we did with our 4th line. If you don’t like it, just take it easy on me and tell my why.

Wild want a high end centre prospect or young centre that can play now for either Brodin or Dumba. Barron just isn't that. I don't think the Rangers match up well with the Wild for a deal right now

Yeah that makes sense and I guess I kind of saw that coming. Would Strome cut it for you guys?

Unless they're willing to trade Chytil, then nope. Strome won't cut it either.

I'm not a Wild fan, but I still don't think he moves the needle. He really only looked good beside Panarin and he developed late so I'd say that's some red flags. Reports were that they were asking for guys like Necas or Suzuki from Carolina. Think similar high end guys like that

you want henriksson? Really skilled C, kind short but plays bigger than he is, hes got some good potential, swedens coach trusted him to play with raymond and holtz and he looked like the best player on the line at times

I would definitely give him up but he’s still a few years away from the NHL which might be a deal breaker for Minnesota.

That’s definitely fair and we probably can’t make a deal in that case because we don’t have anyone to give that is NHL ready and unimportant to our future.

He might make the team out of camp IMO, hes got so much offensive IQ

I think we'd be looking for someone more proven. Like a Vilardi, Glass, Necas, Chytil type. I'll have to do more research on him though.
