I feel like people overestimate our need for defense. We let Pittsburgh score 8 goals in 4 games. Our defense was pretty shaky in Game 1, but got better as each game passed. I mean Pittsburgh only managed to get 22 shots in Game 4. It is pretty good considering the fact that the penguins have players like Crosby, Malkin, Rust, Zucker and Guentzel. Plus, we have a shutdown defenseman (Romanov) coming next year. Keeping Domi would be the better option IMO.
