Pretty fair Savard trade, don't know if anyone can really argue that. Hollowell is gonna be an NHLer in my opinion, nothing great but at least a bottom pairing guy

Trade is fair, Columbus still doesn’t make it. We have 0 need for a RW and really aren’t going to trade Savard for futures. Holl would have to be in any trade for Savard.

Trade is tilted heavily towards cbj.

going by the title of the agm, it certainly doesn’t make sense for them to move Savard.

Value wise sure. Fit wise not really. Columbus doesn’t need a RW and Toronto needs a RHD so fit wise it’s heavily in Toronto’s favor. As I said in any Savard to Toronto trade Holl would have to becoming back to replace Savard and I don’t think Toronto would Holl and a forward prospect. I’m also not sold on Savard being the RHD that Toronto should be trading for. IMO they should be looking at signing Gudas or one of the UFAs this offseason or seeing what Liljegren, Sandin, Holl, Muzzin, Rielly and that KHL guy they just signed does.

I also think leaf fans need to calm down and let some of their prospect develop and have a little patients with the team, they have the making to be a very very dominate team with the right development. No need to rush it for 1 cup when you could get 3-4 with a little patients.

1 Cup is all it takes, ask Tbay.
