I'm honestly scared to trade Murphy after how well he played for us in the qualifiers. I'm not saying no, but damn it would be difficult to part with him.

No no. Cereli will not sign for twice that, and trading Robertson is a huge no go. But to be honest, the value is pretty good. Not a horrible post.

You want more for Johnsson than Kerfoot?
Send them Kerfoot for the '23 and '22 Buffalo thirds, Buffalo does not need another 15 goal/year LW.
The Sabres have Olofsson, Skinner, Kahun, Johansson, Vesey and Girgensons. All have more goals last year than Johnsson.

honestly I just kind've sent them to teams that need forwards for cap space, not too much went into that. but that's fine I accept

This just seems too much for cirelli and Cernak. Robertson looks like he could turn into a difference maker and Liljegren has all the tools to be a top 4 defenceman plus a first for an overrated right handed guy and Cirelli. I don't see why people on here go overboard all the time.

Ya he was a beast against Edmonton. Also noticed De Haan played very well and consistently stopped McDavid's rushes. Koekkoek was solid too

hawks should not even be entertaining Murphy trades. He has been great for us. Only way we do it is if Bionic Seabs proves he can be a capable D man again and Mitchell is as advertised. Gonna have to wait 30-40 games to find all that out first though. If sears is still bad/ Mitchell needs a year in rockford we 100% keep Murphy. We have plenty of middle 6 wingers anyways

Yes, I agree with this. We need to see 25 to 30 games out of Mitchell and Seabs before we entertain trading Murphy for a middle 6 winger.

At this point in the Blackhawks’ retooling of the back end, I think Murphy should be considered “untradeable”. He is a sold 20+ minute defender & cap friendly player. I have said it before. Moving him, who would available to fill his vacancy? Keith can not be ask to continue to logged the amount of ice time he did while in his prime. Murphy can be ask to pick up some of the slack. There is no fear the team will be scored on when he is on the ice.
