Oh the chemistry they have built up during the season and with the little bit of time during the round robin is unquestionably fantastic. More of a nostalgia trip. . . Johnny netted a couple goals it was a nice feeling.

I think this is the best that could have happened. Get the monkey off the back. Win by playing playoff hockey. The difference is going to be the gourde and maroon lines. They will provide the sandpaper that was missing last year.

Looking at this team wow that is still a pretty strong top 4 defense and 4 extremely balanced and deep forward lines. I still hope Victor is not out long term as they are better with him by far.

I don't think Columbus is as good as they were last year and I think the Lightning are much more prepared to play Columbus's style with the addition of Maroon, Coleman and Goodrow.

But I still don't feel good about having to matchup with Torts again who put an absolute clinic on last year dancing all over Cooper's head. Cooper was so out coached last year. Will coaching decide it again?

I hope Coop learned his lesson. We are doomed if he did not.

This playoff series I believe determines the fate of Cooper's job, new management in power new changes can be afoot, I personally don't want Cooper to go but you never know. I think game 1 will be super crucial to set a tone for this series.
