Why not something like this:

Pens Send:
Letang (Retain $500k)
Murray

Toronto Send:
Kappy
Kerefoot

I retained $500k on Letang to keep dollars flat. Toronto gets more reliable goalie in Murray and a steady D man. Pens get 3C and RW for Sid allowing Zucker/Jake to flip

Add retention to Johnsson and add another mid piece and there can be talks.
