change the trade to a 4th and Kulak for Leddy and Clutterbuck.

I Totally Understand the point that the Islanders would want to keep Toews Over Leddy. But at the same time, They are kind of stuck with the salaries and MTL or another team could hurt them with an Offer sheet instead of a trade. How much does Toews is worth 4M or more?

If im Montreal I 100% prefer Toews over Leddy. If I want him, there is no way im acquiring Leddy to give NYI more cap space to sign Toews.

Adding Clutterbuck to the trade was also to help them on the cap space I would not do Armia vs Clutterbuck 1 vs 1.
