My opinion, Zaar and Dubois won't make it this year. No way Karlsson and Calvert sit in the pressbox. Torts is way too loyal to his vets, they will get their time ahead of emerging youngsters until they clearly take a step backwards.

I would be surprised and disappointed if Dubois makes the team. He's actually young enough to have two years of junior left (similar to Marner) Can't imagine the CBJ "enviroment" is best for his development. Gee, he was a LWer till the second half of last season then switched to centre, and you have him at second line centre now. Let him develop and play centre in junior and have fun as a kid. The NHL can wait.

I also think Hartnell may be paired on line with Wennberg since they have been together 2 years now and have chemistry. If not, Wennberg moves up lines and Karlsson pairs with Hartnell on 3rd line.
How about Calvert, Gagner & Anderson for a 4th line?!!

Dubois is a better center than he was a LW. Dubois is a physical player who will thrive under Torts. Now, grant it, he will have to show it in camp, but if he does then Juniors will nothing for him.

As far as Calvert and Karlsson are concerned, they will need to play well to keep their jobs. Zaar is maybe a bit of a reach, but he is a very good shooter. Scoring has been a problem with this team and Torts will be looking to change that. Competition breeds greatness.

Wennberg better shoot more. Bjorkstrand will take lots of shots from everywhere.
