Leafs arnt retaining on Nylander and think we would need someone better than nurse.

I’ve looked at trades with Edm and it’s tough we both need D and fix our depth. Plus our cap sucks. Ethan Bear is intriguing... does he hit? Pk? Pp?

Ottawa trade is kinda meh... the 2nd is nice but it’s in 2 years, I’d argue Duclair and Brown both hold more value than AA this year cuz they actually played well. Benning’s and Kassian’s value lies in what they can get for them at the deadline. They’d have to evaluate if that’s worth losing two young skilled middle six wingers.

Not enough for Nylander. Nurse stinks on defense and Toronto needs RHD. Edmonton has nothing that Toronto would want for Nylander

nurse isnt going anywhere until ufa when he will walk away from edmonton... columbus and ottawa deals are horrid for both teams. anderson holds far more value even with a injured season.

That's a no from the Jackets. Chiasson is of zero interest; we don't need additional wingers*. If you want Andy for something like that return, offer sheet him.
