You’re overpaying for Severson, and you don’t address the need for a LD at all. Miller isn’t a top pairing guy either.

I disagree. He puts up points on a terrible Devils team and is worth the 2 picks. And Miller is definitely a top pair guy. He was great with Vegas and he was used poorly last year in Buffalo. I think him and Dahlin can be a great duo together

Dahlin will be partnered with Jokiharju for the foreseeable future. Miller is a third pairing stopgap, and hopefully the one headed to Seattle in a year.

You're underpaying for Severson. That's the price you paid for Miller, and Severson > Miller. Moreover, Toronto fans are offering Kapanen and Kerfoot for him.

Los Angeles isn't interested in acquiring Montour because among other reasons, they'd have to protect him in the expansion draft and don't want to lose Kempe in order to get him.

Collin Miller is not a stop gap, he was very good in Vegas' cup run and was Dahlin's best d partner, maybe he does go to Seattle but if your hoping Seattle takes him over (for the sake of this agm) Johansen you're out of your mind. Id imagine you think +/- as a stat to be seriously considered
