Dunn offersheet makes a ton of sense for the Rags. Hes worth it. Blues unlikely to match cause of their cap problems
TOR trade seems pretty solid for both sides, they may need to add a bit
The rest not so much, CHI isnt trading Toews, Dallas declines (and rangers arent trading Kreider right after extending him), cant really see why washinton does that.
