As a Habs fan, I think they just need a Josh Manson type dman, a good 7th dman that isn’t Marincin and a gritty/heart-and-soul player for the middle 6. Johansson and Kapanen are likely gone.

Zadorov plays either side if tgat’s what you are referring to & more proven. Sandin will be in & get sheltered minutes. This was as the explanation quick & rough.

I haven’t done a reverse ACGM for the AV’s. Idk the ins & outs but go ahead if you like. On Makar he can get a bridge to buy time ir not. Mac isn’t due yet gor a few years but he puts winning over money & would take a shave to do that imo. Byram is a great prospect but Marner makes the AV’s even more scary than they are now.

I’m like 95% sure the money won’t work.
Nylander is a better fit financially but doesn’t get you Byram (think Timmins)
