If you look at the history of making an assistant the head coach, it NEVER works out. I don't know why general managers continue to make the same mistakes over and over again.

I know McMichael is a good prospect for WSH but what is his value, pick-wise? 1st? 2nd?
Because assuming it's a late 1st, I wouldn't do this deal if I was MIN. Spurgeon has more value.

Spurgeon is nice for sure but they are shooting themselves in the foot by both acquiring his contract & trading McMichael + a 1st

McMichael's value is at least a 1st since he was picked 25th overall and his value has only gone up since then.
