This is not making the rangers into a complete team, but I have the rangers in this situation going need over value and trading the 1st ovr pick to the kings. NYR also adds some forward depth.

Switch the 3rd/4th with 2 of LA's 2020 2nds and it makes more sense.

Kings accept moving to first overall, but I think just one second added instead of a third, so it's fairer for the Rangers. Kings decline the Iafallo proposition.

Why would La do that? If rangers show any interest in moving down a spot seems very obvious leaning towards byfeild and la can just sit tight and let laf fall into lap.
