That's such a big trade it's hard to say. Entrom is good but not really needed in Calgary. I think Calgary trading Johhny is crazy but for Laine I think I'd do it just based on the age and size difference. Tkachuk and Conner are tough to judge what they will be so I'd just leave them out. Laine, wheeler for JG, tkachuk. I dunno. Too big of a trade.

No thanks... If the Jets wanted Tkachuk they should have drafted him... All 3 guys are not worth Johnny Hockey!!! 1 might get close but 70+ scorers are rare especially ones that draw so much fan attention and can set up their line mates!!!

The value is good but I wouldn't do it if I was the jets. They are so weak on the left side of their defense and they might not be able to afford all those guys.

I like it, although as someone else said Calgary doesn't need Enstrom. The way I looked at it was;

IF Gaudreau = Laine -- Obviously Johnny Hockey is the proven commodity, but is also after 8 mill per while Laine is cheap for 3 years.
and IF Tkachuk = Connor -- Tkachuk probably has the higher upside but I'm curious to see how Connor's game translates to the NHL.
Then the deal comes down to Enstrom for Kylingtom and a 1st, which is a no brainer for the Jets.

I guess it just depends on who you'd want moving forward. Gaudreau is the best player in the deal right now, so Winnipeg would be getting him and the best overall package. But I feel like Laine will probably be the best player in the deal long term.

Tough call. Good post.

Sure i guess the value is fair but lets be honest this isn't happening. Too much of everything. Has there ever been a trade of this magnitude? Ever?
