The main consensus is Nylander for Pesce is a fair 1 for 1. If it was offered cant see the leafs turning it down.

No chance Canes take Nylander for Pesce 1-1. Look at the two contracts side by side. Pesce is RH, plays against top lines and is locked in at a ridiculously low number long term. Leafs fans need to get their head around the fact value is inextricably linked to contract. Like overpaying Marner by 3M means he is worth less in a trade, for example. Would you rather have Aho for $3M less or Marner? I would take Aho even if they had the same contract...

You can call Bracco lint if you like, but Hollowell is a decent RD prospect with some grit.
