It’s almost like he’s a really good 2C when he’s not suspended and that’s why he got traded for what was supposed to be a 1RD 👀

Imagine still being bitter about the suspensions.
As if Kadri in or out would’ve saved the Leafs from losing to BOS lol XD

I guess Kadri finally learned not to get suspended when his team needs him most. The fact that he can and does put up numbers should not shock anyone.

The thing is, he was very effective vs Boston and the depth he is showing now is the same thing Leafs missed when losing him to suspensions.

So this is what it's like to have Kadri not suspended in the playoffs...

Lol I’m a Sens fan, there’s nothing I love more than watching the Leafs lose haha, I just think if they’d had him in the lineup, he’s the kind of impact player that could have been the difference between them losing in 7 and winning in 6 or 7 (and I think this playoffs proves that, he’s clearly exactly the type of player that succeeds in the post-season). Sucks for the Leafs but oh well, sucks to suck I guess. I’m a big fan of Mack so the Avs are cool with me, it would be awesome if Kadri won the cup the year after getting traded lol, Toronto fans would be delightfully salty

I assume you're trying to troll the Leafs fan base, but the thing is none of them we're saying Kadri wasn't good when he was moved. But management HAD to move him when they did. If he woulda got suspended again this playoffs after they hadn't moved him, it woulda been Dubas' job on the line. It was a high risk, high reward type of deal. It honestly wasn't as bad as most people thought. If Barrie woulda played under Keefe all season, we'd be saying a totally different story. & Barrie came at 50% salary last year. Add in a replacement centre on a affordable deal and it wasn't THAT bad. Did Colorado win it? Yeah sure. But both teams got what they needed and it was a hockey deal.

I thought it was a really good trade for both teams at the time. I'm still surprised Barrie didn't work out. I'm just riding the high of this game and being a prick.

well when hes not being dumb and getting his ass suspended crosschecking people in the head yes he is good. If only he could have played like this for us, Dubas would have never moved him and we would have all been happy. But sadly he made a bad decision twice and got moved because of it.
