Kings are pretty stacked at center prospects, change it to Mikko Lehtonen and you got a deal.

Anderson for dermott would be straight up if we wanted to but we don’t need another bottom pairing d. We have plenty.

adding how much? I thought it was close since Kapanen expires as an RFA in 2 years while Murphy goes right to UFA in 2 years.

Probably a low pick, something like a 4th - 6th rd pick within the next 2 years imo.

fair enough, I just saw that most NJD AGMs were trading for or signing a LD so I thought I would make a proposal. This trade could be swapped with Dermott to any team in exchange for a cheap depth forward (maybe LAK, FLA, WPG?)

I know it's the smallest trade on here but Devils aren't interested

I dont think they would move Lehtonen right after signing him. I swapped it to Duszak instead and changed the 3rd to a 4th+5th since I had to change another trade involving the 3rd

hawks decline. I wouldn't do Murphy for Cap 1 for 1. And a 3rd isn't enough to retain almost 1.2 mil per year
