Can't see that being a trade Tampa would be interested in. Depth scoring is not really something they're lacking.

Only reason gusev and Kucherov grew up together. During the World Cup they were dynamic together

Him and Point are pretty good together too tho. Another $4.5 million forward is a tough sell. And dealing from a blue line without a ton of depth is a tougher sell.

I agree. We need to shed 2 or 3 5 million dollar contracts. But would be fun.

Coyotes probably take that, Tampa would never. I know they need to shed money, but Sergachev + for Gusev doesn't solve a lot for them and they lose a ton of raw value

foote is the guy likely entering the lineup if sergachev leaves. equally, gusev wouldnt even be fair value for serg by himself.

edit: hes also going to cost at least 6.5 million.
