I think the “Value” all favors the hawks. I just wonder what the chances that we get someone as good as Strome in the middle of the draft 10-20.

That being said we should try to keep him. 50 point centers don’t fall out of trees. Or Atleast that’s not how most teams find them.

17 is a long way down from 8 when the top 10-15 is so strong... Buffalo might be more inclined if you make it a 3-way deal with someone in the middle

so hard to value what its worth to move up 7-10 spots in the first round. So much depends on individual teams scouting. I'm not necessarily for or against trading him it just all depends on the return. but a top 10 pick or a top 4 dman might be hard to pass up.

buff declines...8OA could give us someone equal to/better than strome (hinting at rossi or perfetti) and jake is a LD, we have two LD including him, we can’t part ways with him.

Honestly I think pretty good. Mark kelley has crushed it in the mid-late first round. Teuvo shmaltz hayes danault joki. All those guys are gone now but still

I really don't think Alex Nylander holds a ton of value atm. He looks extremely apathetic

In no world is Strome worth the 8th OA. You would have to add a winger in there too imo. I'd do Strome, Saad, CHI 1st for BUF 1st, B prospect, cap hit (Hutton, MoJo, Montour etc.)

Absolutely no team should want him, spread the word. He is a cancer in the locker room.

Am I understanding this trade proposal correctly,
    Strome, 17th and A.Nylander for 10th, Heinola??

If so yeah there's no way the Jets do that.

You are way over valuing Strome. I’ve said this before Toews is the 1C, Dach is the 2C, Strome if he stays with Chicago is a 3C teams understand that and what his value is. Neither him Nylander are getting you those type of returns.

Is this sarcasm or a real assessment?

As of now Heinola is one of the Jets only hopes to improving the blue line in the system, so Jets decline.

I think if they Hawks send De Haan and retain 1 million that might work. We won't no part in Maatta

There is a far less than zero chance the Jets move 10OA and Heinola for Strome.

It’s real, if he is traded to your team (anyone that reads this) they will immediately be the worst team in the NHL. They will also pick 4th in the draft every year he is there, with the worst record in the NHL. Everywhere he goes he leaves in shambles. Spread the word.

I dont think the devils deal is anywhere close to fair value for 7 and a boqvist.
