Id decline if i were the pens. We have CDS whose prefomred excellent in a back up role and Jarry seems ready for the big time. So Riemer is nothing more than a cap dump. Johnsson is an interesting peice for sure but at 3.4 million per year i dont want interesting i want proven.

Don’t think you’re far off here at all. Might take more to get Murray but it’s worth it considering he’s a 25 year old goalie with 2 rings coming off only one below average year.

See people saying the Canes trade doesn’t work but they are way overloaded on D and really some scoring depth and a starting goalie is what will get them over the hump. I think they’d be intrigued.
