No chance Vegas does that. They don;t have the cap space or the need for an LD, plus Giordano is about to turn 37.

i know it says any team but Detroit can be taken of that list. They can't afford to put Lucic in to that young of a locker room. It would be a disaster and the chance of him waiving for Detroit is slim to none. Why in the world would you let Lucic keep his NMC in a trade you don't have to honor it?

id rather honesly keep lucic drop pietro and sign Brodie to another contract. i want the flames to keep lucic due to how good Lucic-Bennett-Dube played. We better hope Valamaki is ready and done fromhis injury and plays good. also caps say no

I mean no matter how good Lucic played he is so obviously the worst player in the NHL. Have you ever watched a game before and had somebody so obviously stand out to you that they were so much worse than everybody else. I notice terrific players but almost never terrible players at the NHL level.

That’s a no for the Caps. Creates a big hole in the lineup at 2C without filling an actual need.

Yeah I know. I discussed this trade with @Capitalfail67 before posting and he said that. I just did this one for fun.
