Buffalo isn't offering that and Calgary would still be asking for Cozens + to start

you wouldnt get much more if reinhart was offered. Certainly not mitts and 1st.
If buf traded for monahan it would be for futures and would mean Calgary was ready for a rebuild. In any other scenario we are terrible trade partners because we lacking the same areas

Capitals say no. Hathaway has more value than Mittelstadt. Eller and seigs have way way more value than him. This doesn’t help the capitals at all. We are giving away good players for a bust and late draft picks
